Terms and Conditions for Booth Allocation at the International Halal Exhibition
- 1. Only goods and services related to the theme of the exhibition and consistent with the company or association's field of activity are permitted.
- 2. Providing standard certification is mandatory for goods and products subject to mandatory national standards.
- 3. Goods and services displayed must have production and distribution permits from the Food and Drug Administration or relevant university of medical sciences.
- 4. Direct sales and service provision at the booth are prohibited. Exhibitors are only allowed to market their products or services.
- 5. Displaying counterfeit or unauthorized goods and any related advertisements is strictly forbidden.
- 6. All materials and promotional items must comply with cultural, religious, and social values of the country and not include inappropriate images.
- 7. Exhibitor dress code must align with cultural and Islamic standards.
- 8. Violation of the exhibition rules will result in booth cancellation without refund. Legal action will be taken to remove the booth, and the exhibitor shall have no right to object.
- 9. The exhibitor is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations during the entire exhibition period.
